Thank you for choosing MGI Communities as your new home.

The deposit of $300.00 will be deducted upon approval of the application and holds apartment off of the market for you.

Your holding deposit will apply towards your security deposit when living in the home and will be refundable to you, minus any additional move-out charges, within 30 days after move out.

Should you have to cancel your reservation, you have 72 hours from the day the application was submitted to do so without penalty.
